Great work on setting your SMART career goals- Specific, Measureable, Achievable, Realistic and Timebound. To support you in achieving your goals, I've set up this weblog for you to use. Post your goals, action plans, share comments on the class and connect with your tele-classmates!
I'll start by sharing my initial goal and my SMART career goal:
My initial (not-so-smart) goal= "Increase my focus on career development."
My SMART goal = "Increase my focus on career development by designing and piloting 'women and careers' content for radio (10 show ideas) and publishing (3 articles) by December 31, 2005. "
